We call this style "Adirondack," named for the region from which inspiration for the design was drawn.<BR> <BR> The central structure is made with hammered wrought iron, expertly crafted with hand hammered rivets. There is a beautiful display of illuminated stained glass patterns based on the styles of the grand estates in the Adirondacks in the early 1900's. The interior lights may be on a separate switch, making it easy to illuminte the glass and the shades separately to change the mood.<BR> <BR> Eight wrought iron sconces project from the structure, and these sport custom seamless rawhide shades made especially for this chandelier. The illumination from this chandelier gives a warm and inviting glow to the whole room.
