- For all items made to order, a deposit of 50% is required to start each job. This will secure your place on our schedule. The balance will be due when the order is ready to ship.

NOTE: I specialize in custom designing, so if you don't see something "just right" on my web site, I'd be glad to offer my Lighting Design Consulting Services. For minor changes in my designs there is no charge. If you need a special commission or "one of a kind" piece, my services are available. I'd be glad to discuss the fee with you.
- Crating and shipping charges are additional.
- All shipments are insured against damage in transit. Inspect on arrival, and report any damage to the transportation company. I am not responsible for damage if not reported in a timely manner to the transportation company, according to their procedures.
- Prices do not included light bulbs. For all hanging fixtures, 3' of chain is standard. If more is needed, just let me know. There will be an additional charge of $3.00 per foot for extra chain and wire.
