Grand scale and unique lighting fixtures

To commemorate the bicentennial of the Lewis and Clark Expedition, I have designed this spectacular chandelier depicting one of the most important events of the journey: the "Portage of the Great Falls".

This chandelier is 37" in diameter by @ 23" high. It has three slumped glass "waterfalls", numerous slumped glass cliffs, and layered & hammered steel images of the men pulling and pushing two boats around the falls. There are additional views of this chandelier in our "Commissions" section. On the bottom there are four down lights to provide great illuminatin for a dining table, and, in beautiful stained glass, a "river" traversing between the banks on either side. Interior lights illuminate all the glass on the sides and bottom, and cast a warm glow on the ceiling above.

I was commissioned to make one of this style in bronze and glass, with cut agate forming the river banks and islands. That one is a one of a kind piece.
