Mary H. Loretto, Jemez. (1955- ) This beautiful and exquisitely made seed jar is 3 1/2" high by 3 1/2" diameter. The top opening is 3/4" diameter. This pot is polished to a uniformly high gloss which highlights the decoration very nicely. I purchased this from an estate in Baltimore, Maryland, with a group of pots that date to the mid 1970's, so I'm guessing this pot would be from that time period as well. Mary began making pottery in 1968 and remains active today, with her work found in many collections.
